Accident in the Moscow metro on the stretch Slavyansky Boulevard - Victory Park

At least 16 people died and at least 120 were injured on Tuesday, July 15, as a result of the derailment of three train cars on the section of the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line of the Moscow Metro. According to law enforcement agencies of the capital, the incident occurred just 200 meters from the Slavyansky Boulevard station in the direction from the center. The movement of trains towards the region along the blue line has been stopped. Helicopters arrived at the scene to evacuate the most seriously injured. Meanwhile, eyewitnesses are already posting photos from the scene on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
