An Indian wolf who got his head into a plastic bottle left by locals in the lake area in Nagpur almost died of starvation. He was rescued by photographers who came to the forest to photograph nature and its "interaction" with man. The desperate wolf came out to them — with the last of his strength, the predator barely moved his paws in the hope of salvation. Later, photographers published pictures — creepy shots of a half-dead wolf instantly scattered around the world and will probably soon become a symbol of environmental protection actions.

According to sensum.club, the wolf owes his rescue to 26-year-old amateur photographer Tanai Panpalia. The man works as an accountant in Nagpur, and in his spare time he likes to do photography. It was he who first noticed the emaciated predator. At the same time, Tanai said that the relatives of the poor wolf watched the rescue operation from afar. The pack did not leave, even when the wolf was tied up by employees of the forestry department who came to the forest. By the way, we drove for a long time — about two hours. All this time, a group of photographers was guarding the unfortunate animal.

When the veterinarians did arrive, caught the wolf and tied his paws (carefully and professionally, so as not to injure the animal even more), the plastic container was removed. After that, it was impossible to let the wolf go right away — it was necessary to bring down the temperature, since the predator seriously overheated while his head was in the bottle. The procedure took about half an hour more — with small breaks, the wolf was doused with water.

When the wolf finally came to his senses, he began to try to free his paws from the ropes, while not causing any harm to the people around him. It is quite clear that the predator understood that the man had harmed him, but the man also saved him. Noting the improvement in the animal's condition, the veterinarians released the wolf into the wild, but the photographers were left without the final frame — the predator ran away quickly, deciding not to be photographed for memory. Tanai Panpalia, however, was not upset at all — according to him, the most important thing is that the animal has been saved and the pack is now back in full force.
