The Italians are world famous for their pasta and bullfighting, and now they have declared themselves as the creators of an innovative bicycle. Developers from design studio TRED have unveiled their new invention BestiaNera Hybrid Bike, a bike that features superior aggressive-sporty design and amazing ride performance.

One of the most important advantages of the BestiaNera Hybrid Bike is the fact that the bike is almost entirely made of carbon fiber. The use of this synthetic composite material makes it possible to give the case incredible strength and at the same time to ensure a low weight of the structure - only 9.8 kg.

BestiaNera is a "hybrid" in the best traditions. The secret is that a bicycle can be driven by both human muscle power and an electric motor. The electric motor is powered by a lithium-ion battery. The bike also uses a regenerative braking system that allows you to return part of the energy of the traction motor when it is running in generator mode. All this makes a trip on the BestiaNera Hybrid Bike into a wild adventure. The manufacturer promises that just three pedal presses will allow you to reach a speed of 30 km / h. True, this will be possible only when using an electric motor.

When you first look at a bike, a natural question arises: where are such large-scale things as an engine and battery located? Strictly speaking, there are two engines in the bike at once, and they, together with the battery, are “hidden” in the lenticular disk of the rear wheel. You don't need to worry about the electronics, because the case of the disk reliably protects it from water, dampness, dust and mechanical damage.
