Surprisingly, cockroaches, like many people, are very fond of natural coffee. Therefore, the coffee trap for them always works without failures. Corn starch with gypsum is a real treat for cockroaches. But if you mix it with ordinary construction plaster, the food product will solidify right in the stomachs of insects, quickly and effectively killing them. To make a trap, mix starch and gypsum in a 1 : 1 combination, but do not add water. For the reaction of the plaster, there will be enough liquid that is in the stomach and intestines of the cockroach.

The resulting mixture should be filled with holes and cracks that cockroaches have chosen. But do not leave the powder in plain sight, as it can be eaten by pets and even children!

The smell of onions attracts cockroaches and this weakness can be used against them. Cut the onion into rings, place it on paper or plates and sprinkle soda on top. Insects will definitely come to taste the treat and soda will certainly get into their body along with onions. But it will become a deadly poison for domestic pests.

Cockroaches are very good at distinguishing odors and one of the most hated aromas for them in nature is mint. The smell of mint repels these insects, and getting mint extract directly on them can lead to death. To make a natural mint remedy for cockroaches, take white vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:2, and then add 10-20 drops of mint oil to the liquid to get a mixture with a pronounced smell.

You can pour such a poison into a spray gun and spray directly on cockroaches, but this is not a very productive way of fighting. It will be much more effective to simply treat the favorite places of insects with a solution and they will leave, feeling a dangerous smell for themselves.

One of the most deadly substances for cockroaches can be considered boric acid. But the problem is that they absolutely do not want to use it in its pure form. To deceive uninvited guests, you can use a method that was used by our grandmothers-add boric acid to the food bait.

To do this, mash the yolk of one egg with a fork and mix it with 4 bags of boric acid, a pinch of vanilla and a small amount of vegetable oil. You should get some kind of dough, from which you need to roll small balls. Place these traps in the places favored by cockroaches.

But do not forget that the poison can be neutralized with ordinary water, so make sure that the cockroaches do not have the opportunity to get drunk. In the kitchen, it is enough to wipe the sink dry with a rag after washing the dishes and cover the containers with liquids with lids.
