The winner of the famous competition for professional photo hunters was Weimin Chu with his picture "Greenland Winter". But the participants did not limit themselves to Mother Nature alone - in addition to her, the best of the best were chosen in the categories "People" and "Cities".

The Grand Prix of the competition was awarded to a photo of Weimin Chu entitled "Winter in Greenland" with the image of the fishing town of Upernavik, located in the northwest of Greenland. Historically, Greenlandic buildings were painted in different colors to denote various functions — from red storefronts to blue fishermen's houses. Today, colorful houses still adorn snowy landscapes. The winner will receive $ 7,500 (more than 482 thousand rubles) and a post on the Instagram account of National Geographic Travel (@natgeotravel).
