Last year, New Zealand artist Tiffany Singh created another amazing installation called Drums Between The Bells. This installation consists of 12,000 bells hanging from white ribbons from a massive old tree in downtown Melbourne.

1. “The name “Drums between the Bells” is a kind of metaphor for our understanding between the physical and spiritual world,” the artist explains.

2. "The name fits this installation perfectly, which turned an open space in Melbourne Square into a real musical instrument in the fresh air."

3. “The tree is decorated with small bells hanging vertically from the branches. And the people who walk among them take an active part in this installation, just like the wind.”

4. Photographer Cleo Barnett helped Tiffany create this installation. She not only filmed the whole process, but also helped hang the bells herself.

5. “I took part in such an event for the first time,” says the photographer. “I had no idea how much work I had to do, and these memories will stay with me forever.”

6. “It’s such a pleasure to work on something with such diligence and then sit back and watch your work make tens of thousands of people happy.”

7. “Passers-by approached the tree in some kind of trance state, as if our installation had become magical and attracted people like a magnet. The sight and sound of 12,000 bells in one place is truly something magical, surreal and even somewhat sacred.”
