In a blender, mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt, sugar until pale orange. Peel the hard leaves and cut the cabbage into wedges, brush them with olive oil. Cook on each side for 5-7 minutes on the grill until the edges of each layer turn black. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and serve with lime wedges.
