10 smallest things

By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/10-smallest-things1.htmlSmall things, despite their tiny size, are capable of not only aesthetically pleasing, but also quite worthy of work. Today we bring to your attention the smallest objects of their kind. All of them are functional, like their "colleagues" of the usual size.

1. Pistol.
According to the company's website, the Swiss Mini Pistol is "a double-action revolver that has all the same functions as a regular-sized pistol." This miniature weapon and all parts for it are made in Switzerland. But this country is famous for the quality of watches produced there, and, accordingly, a mini-gun made there will “work like clockwork”.
2. Train model.
The diorama of a small village impresses not only with its tiny size, but also with the realism of the depicted objects - the railway against the backdrop of a rural landscape and five cars of a tiny train, briskly making circle after circle. This is the tiniest model train ever built by David Smith. To create it, David spent only 12 dollars.
3. Mini car.
The Peel P50 Microcar was built between 1962 and 1965. In 2008, it was noticed again after Jeremy Clarkson filmed this mini-car in the popular British program Top Gear. This little car was sold in the UK for £200. The mini car has only three wheels, one seat, one door, one windshield wiper and one headlight.
4. Camera.
In 2011, researchers at the German Fraunhofer Institute introduced a new kind of disposable camera. These are easy-to-make, low-cost, one-cubic-millimeter disposable chambers. Its purpose, at first glance, is not particularly impressive, but it should not be underestimated, given the medical use of this little one. Physicians can get good quality image capture inside the human body despite the miniature size of the camera.
5. Personal computer.
The Norwegian company FXI Technologies has recently introduced personal microcomputers to the market. The photo above does not show a USB drive at all. In fact, this is really a computer, in the truest sense of the word, a fully functional PC that supports Android and Ubuntu operating systems. And this miracle device has a built-in micro-USB port.
6. Mini boat.
Sven Jurvind from Sweden is a respected boat builder. Now he is building a ship in which he is going to travel around the world. It won't be just a boat, but a small ocean-going vessel, about the size of a large hot tub. In it, Sven wants to circle the entire globe, continuously, without mooring to the shore, in about a year and a half.
7. TV screen.
In 2007, the smallest television screen of the Scottish company MicroEmissive ME1602 was included in the Guinness Book of Records. Despite the astonishing wonders that the tech world relentlessly surprises us with every year, this mini-screen still holds its record-breaking place.
8. Jet plane.
From the late 1960s to the mid-1970s, the Bede Aircraft Corporation, a small company led by American aircraft designer Jim Bede, produced mini aircraft and even sold over 5,000 units. This aircraft, the Bede BD-5J, was, is, and most likely will remain the smallest jet in the world, weighing just over 350 pounds.
9. Mini bug.
Yes, technically it is a robot bug, and its purpose and essence lies in the very name. A very, very small bug inspired by insects. And in addition to banal espionage, he has a lot of other interesting potentialities.
10. Artificial Heart.
And finally, we have this little device, created by Dr. Robert Zdarvik, a man directly associated with the invention and improvement of the artificial heart. The size of a battery, this world's smallest artificial heart is designed for the smallest patients.
