Filming of bed scenes, according to cinematographers, is of considerable complexity, in terms of the variety and sophistication of the techniques used, they can be compared with staging dangerous stunts.
Even if, according to the script, there should not be a single gram of clothes in the frame, this does not mean at all that the actors perform their part naked. A lot of tricks have been invented to simulate a naked body. For example, plastic makeup, thin flesh-colored suits, silicone breast pads with painted nipples. To hide the male organ, the so—called cock sock is often used - an inconspicuous pouch that is glued to the lower abdomen.
For most actors, shooting bed scenes is stressful. Whatever things you hide behind, you're still practically naked in front of the camera hugging a person you don't know too well.
