This guy and his dog the best training program for the duration of the quarantine
If a few months ago Silvio Siamo (Siamo Silvio) said that it is a very lazy dog Sparky will soon become his main comrade-in-training, he would never have believed it. But when quarantine in Italy Siamo life turned on its head, he was very grateful for the fact that next to him was his 5-year-old minibulgaria. The same goes for Sparky.
Sparky is not a fan of cardio and frequently just gives up in the middle of it. When Sparky decides that his walk should end, he lays down and forces his father to do the heavy work. There is plenty of evidence that confirm this.

Sparky knows when Siamo starts training, all he needs to do is be under his master, and then all the push-UPS or squats will be an occasion for hugs and kisses. And every time his plan works.
It all helps to raise the mood of his "father" while he sits at home locked up.
Sparky's life during the quarantine, quite happy, because now his master was always near.
