Brittany Perill Yobe from California became famous on Instagram and gained more than a million followers thanks to her stunning shape and perfect ass, which, by the way, is completely natural. The girl is surprised that many accuse her of using the achievements of plastic surgery: she constantly posts photos and videos from her workouts on Instagram, where you can see how much effort she puts into achieving the perfect result — a large, rounded and elastic ass.

"Genetics play an important role in the size and shape of the buttocks, but significantly increasing the volume of these muscles is quite real," says Brittany. Taking an example from her mother, a fitness coach, the girl also learned to be a coach while still in college and had an additional income, helping other people to get in shape in between classes.

"Although there is no such thing as a perfect body, I will still strive for it with all my might," Brittany writes in the caption to one of her photos. The girl's height is 175.2 cm, and she has a very toned stomach, a waist of 59.7 cm, muscular arms and perfectly rounded buttocks. She works on all this three times a week.

Many people may be surprised: according to Brittany, squats are not the best exercise for a perfect butt. She performs a combination of ten exercises aimed at strengthening the gluteal muscles, and most of all likes to do lunges with a barbell, lifting the weight to 143 kg.

Although it takes Brittany three days a week to work out her perfect butt shape, she goes to the gym twice a day six days a week, working out her muscles in the morning and doing cardio in the afternoon.

"When I go to the gym, my field of vision seems to narrow. No one and nothing around me matters to me at this moment." When Brittany gets home, the concern about the perfect shape of the butt does not end. The girl follows a strict diet, avoiding foods such as soft cheese, wheat, garlic, onions and artificial sweeteners. "Because I lift so much weight, my body is constantly burning calories, and I need to eat every two to three hours," she says.

Brittany eats a protein bar in the morning, then a protein shake with a banana, and for lunch, chicken with brown rice and Chinese cabbage. After lunch, she eats rice biscuits with a small amount of peanut paste, and then a cocktail with amino acids. For dinner, Brittany eats chicken again, this time with new potatoes and Chinese cabbage. At night, the girl eats another protein bar or protein shake, Greek yogurt and goes to bed.

She agrees that eating the same thing every day is annoying, because even in restaurants she eats the same thing as at home. But this commitment to the nutrition system helps her keep in shape. Brittany allows herself one "holiday" meal a week, and it's usually pizza. "If I eat more calories a day than I need to, I work harder during cardio training or reduce the number of calories the next day. It's all about balance, " the girl explains.
