When New Yorker Gerad Forsyth decided to propose to his girlfriend Kat Woodley to marry him, he chose the most heartwarming way possible for this - he used a tiny kitten as his agent.

Gerad and Kat met two years ago on a "blind date". Recently, they decided to take a kitten from the shelter and agreed that Kat would go to the department of the Society for the Protection of Animals from Abuse and pick him up.
Kat tells the Metro newspaper: "The Society handed me a kitten and asked me to look at the pendant on his neck. Aunt Gerada works in this Society, and I thought she bought us a personalized pendant."
Kat noticed that there was a heart with the inscription on the kitten's neck: "Will you marry me?"
Before she knew it, she saw Gerad in a suit (although he said he would be at work). The man got down on one knee and repeated his question.
Of course, the girl answered them with a kitten "yes". All this was captured on camera, and the video went viral.
The kitten, who was named Gandalf, has already become attached to the dog Shamus, who lived with the couple before him.
And Gerad and Kat are planning a wedding right now. I wonder if any animals will participate in it?
