The annual National Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year 2017 photo contest has started accepting works from photographers from all over the world. The jury of the contest is looking forward to pictures that will tell amazing stories of animals and distant lands. The last day of admission is November 17.

The organizers of the photo contest published the best works among the first photos received.
