The couple won the Internet with a photo session of a 50-year wedding anniversary
Marriage is serious business. Not so easy to find someone with whom you really can live in sorrow and in joy for many years. So like Caroline and Kelly gay, which recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of the wedding, very warm the soul! These people have lived side by side for half a century, and celebrated the occasion by staging a wonderful photo shoot.
Carolyn and Kelly gay exchanged vows on 12 March 1971 at the Baptist Church DSM First Church in des Moines, Iowa. It's been 50 years, and the couple is still happy together. Caroline survived breast cancer, and Kelly had a kidney transplant 17 years ago. The family has three children and four grandchildren. In honor of this significant date Caroline and Kelly decided to recreate a few images from their wedding day 50 years ago. Look what they did.
The idea to do a photo shoot with the reconstruction of images came to Caroline's three years ago. And she especially grew my hair was the same length as in old photographs.
Kelly — not a big fan of being photographed, but still 50 years — do round number, so he agreed and also happy to participate in the venture.
The photo shoot was held in the same Church where there was a wedding. Caroline wore my wedding dress, and Kelly — suit, which is also preserved with memorable day. Surprisingly, everything had to fit.
It's like the last fifty years never happened! They have just flown by. And that is as it should be, when the family there is love and respect for each other.
