The Beatles History Museum in Liverpool
Live blogger mossudmed writes: One of the goals of this trip to England was to visit this museum and tour the city of the Beatles. From Birmingham to go by train for about 2 hours, and everything would be fine, but the weather was the worst ...
And still, despite the weather, there was a rather impressive line at the museum doors, some under an umbrella, some just in the rain, sometimes running for hot tea at the Starbucks cafe, which is nearby. The museum, or rather, part of it, is located in the Albert Dock, by taxi from the LimeStreet railway station, about 7 minutes away.

1. The photo was taken on the way out of the museum, when it was already closed to the entrance
2. One of the first artifacts - John Lennon's first guitar, on which he played in the Quarrymen without the rest of the Beatles. Stunned!
3. George's first guitar...
4. Unfortunately, a lot of time has passed since the formation and heyday of the Beatles, and many historical sites associated with this group have been lost. This also applies to the Cavern club. Here, in the museum, the street where the club was located is recreated, dark and damp, even with a rat))
5. The stage of the Cavern club turned out to be very small, I can't imagine how it was possible to play on such a stage in a club full of people. The stuffiness was terrible...
6. The guitar that George played at the last gig at the Cavern
7.
8. Lots of exhibits dedicated to Beatlemania

15. There are a lot of psychedelic things in the hall dedicated to the Lonely Hearts Club of Sgt. Pepper's record - crooked mirrors, poisonous coloring of the floor and walls, etc.

20. Lifetime editions of John's books
21. A separate room, which contains modern posters, drawings of Beatles fans
22. On the way out, you find yourself in a store where you can buy a lot of interesting things from magnets with the image of the houses where each of the four were born, to caps from the HELP record! and jackets, all, of course, with the symbols of the group))
