The beaches of Anapa are besieged by hordes of ladybirds
Beach lovers who came to Anapa in early July, faced an unusual and unpleasant phenomenon. The coast was literally attacked by clusters of ladybirds, which are everywhere on the beaches. Insects not only crawl and fly around the holiday-makers, getting into their beer, but also bite painfully.
Due to an unusual natural phenomenon, the number of vacationers on the beaches has noticeably decreased, and some vacationers have already decided to change their route and choose less saturated with small wildlife shores. If you think that we are exaggerating when talking about hordes of biting ladybugs, check out this collection of photos and videos" first-hand " published on instagram.
It looks like sea buckthorn, doesn't it?
Insects die by the thousands in the sea waves, but persistently continue to gather on the beaches.
Walking barefoot on such a beach is a very specific pleasure.
No one but them knows what the little invaders are guided by when choosing places to gather.
Many of those who loved these cute red bugs have now reconsidered their attitude towards them.

Entomologists reassure – ladybugs are not dangerous, but, on the contrary, they are useful, since they destroy dangerous pests. But it seems that in Anapa and the surrounding area, they decided to destroy the holiday season, which is already not brilliant because of quarantine restrictions.
