Taganay is a group of mountain ranges of the Southern Urals in the Chelyabinsk region with a height of up to 1178 m . There are many legends associated with this mountain. One has only to climb to the top of Taganay and make a wish — it will certainly come true.
1. Mount Taganay was known to many peoples. The Indians called her Meru, the Iranians — Hara Berezaiti, the Chuvash — Ama-Tu (Mother Mountain), the Chinese — Kun-Lun, the Muslims — Kaf.
