HISTORY presents the most daring and lengthy experiment in the history of wilderness survival on television, the newest show "In Lockdown", which aired on HISTORY on June 24th. In 10 episodes of the reality show, 10 desperate heroes found themselves lost in the wilds of Vancouver Island without a crew, crew or producers with the sole purpose of staying alive. There is $500,000 at stake, and whoever lasts the longest will get it. "In Lockdown" airs worldwide, in over 200 regions, on HISTORY and other A+E Networks channels.

The characters of the show have taken only what they can fit in their backpacks and are completely isolated from each other in ruthless, unforgiving lands where they hunt, build shelters and protect themselves from predators. Each of them faced absolute loneliness and is under incredible stress. Thus, the show "In isolation" has already become an unprecedented experiment in human survival in the wild.

“Isolated is a one-of-a-kind show that leaves you alone with the unknown,” says Russ McCarroll, director of development and production for HISTORY. “Deprived of the help of producers or a film crew, our survival experts found themselves completely cut off from civilization.”
