Sneakers should be worn on the head, says the American designer

Harry Lockwood, a designer from Los Angeles, has found a non-trivial way to use sneakers. For six years, he has been mercilessly cutting sports shoes from Nike, New Balance, Asics and other fashion brands into pieces and creating cool masks from the remains — "gas masks". The project is called MASK365.

Why gas masks? Harry sees this headdress as a symbol of the modern world order with its incessant wars and social unrest. And at the same time as a way to protect yourself from external influence. The designer presents his creations on the website, where you can also buy ready-made masks or order a personalized one. The prices are quite biting, but you can also choose a relatively budget option.
