Smithsonian magazine photo contest (Part 2)
50 finalists have been selected for the Smithsonian's 10th Annual Photo Contest. This year's competition attracted over 37,600 photographers from 112 countries around the world. The editors will select a Grand Prize winner and winners in each of five categories, including the Natural World, America, People, Travel and Altered Images. Voting will be open until March 29, 2013.
