Single men and their cats
"Hello! Let's get acquainted? - No! - The cat's answer." All of you have probably heard the common jokes about "strong, independent women", whose independence is measured on a scale from one to forty seals. In some cases, the number of fluffy nyashechek in the apartment is off the scale, then the lady can be renamed "crazy catwoman". But all this is nothing more than stereotypes, because cats are so beautiful that they love them regardless of gender. In secret, we confess to you that people were created in order for cats to have a place to live.
To break down all the stereotypes about cat people, New York photographer David Williams started his project "Men and Cats" (Men & Cats), making portraits of his friends who share their home with the mustachioed-striped. So, in our issue there are devoted cat lovers from the Big Apple, most of them bearded and brutal, who at the same time dote on their favorite cats.

Photographer David Williams decided to debunk the widespread stereotype of the image of "woman + cat" and "man + dog". "I wanted to show that regardless of gender, many people enjoy the company of cats, their love and affection," says David. At the same time, an experienced female gaze may note that all the heroes of the Men & Cats series do not have a ring on their ring finger. Does this mean that all the love of these men is directed at cats, while the intended has not yet been found, or are cats really attracted to lonely people by themselves? David Williams himself does not hide that a charming black and white cat lives at his house, but emphasizes that the girl also found a place in his heart.
