Salavat Fidai grew up in Ufa in a family of artists. The first characters - Batman and Darth Vader - he carved from graphite earlier this year. The sculptor uses a special knife and magnifying glass. Salavat also makes microcopies of famous paintings on seeds and rice. He says that for him these activities are something like meditation.
