Project "Crescent": amazing pictures taken in the light of the moon
Argentine photographer Alejandro Chaskielberg has received recognition because of its unusual pictures. All pictures it makes in the light of the moon, it became his calling card. In his project "Crescent" Alejandro reflected the hard life of ordinary people in different countries and primarily in his native Argentina. Photo taken in the moonlight, so capture attention with its extraordinary, their social aspect seems relegated to the background.
Project "Crescent" Alejandro gave two years of his life. He even moved to live in the Delta of the paraná river, where every day I met and worked with locals. The Parana river stretches more than 2,500 kilometers. It is a source of water for many surrounding orchards. Thanks to the river region has become one of the most fertile in the country.
Unfortunately, because of the endless floods many local residents were forced to leave their homes. Mostly it refers to the paraná Delta.
Photos Alejandro seem unreal.
To remove, of course, is not easy. Shutter speed on the camera long, and people live. The photographer had to explain to them that they must not move.
After Alejandro told his characters about the purpose of the project, they readily agreed to do as he asked.
Alejandro's work has received awards in many photographic competitions.
The following photos were taken in Kenya, near lake Turkana, which suffered greatly from drought.
