Photo project about youthful dreams and fantasies on the beach
New York photographer Michael Dweck went to Lake Montauk at the age of 17. The memories of this trip are still alive in his memory, as if it happened yesterday. It was 1975 — the lake, sand, surfing and girls. The trip to Montauk was like a first love, raised to a multiple degree. Later, after 30 years, the photographer returned to the place where he spent an unforgettable summer of his youth. And there Michael was captured by the charm of the waves and the sun.
And indeed, his works are imbued with a subtle sense of longing, a deep attachment to this place and these people.
