We love to immerse ourselves in the magical world of fantasy through books and movies so much that we always return to our favorite genre. What if one could live in a fantasy world? Well, the artist and builder of houses from Oregon Ed Bemis (Ed Bemis) managed to make a dream come true.
Hidden among the foothills of Ashland, Oregon, is a modest house called Shining Hand Ranch ("Shining Ranch made with your own hands"). However, it may seem modest only at first glance, because inside the interior of this house is worthy of members of the royal blood from favorite fantasy novels.
A huge territory of 283 hectares is adjacent to the house with an area of 825 square meters. Such a dream is worth $ 7.6 million (about 481 million rubles). The dwelling was completely made by the hands of local artists and artisans and operates on ecological sources. The room is heated and cooled using geothermal energy.
The most complex and handmade interior details are what makes this house unique. Bemis spent a year and a half cutting out the front door from a Brazilian scroll.
All the details, as well as cherry and maple floors create the illusion of a flowing stream.
