The Ravaged India project shows the reality behind the stylized photos of India on Instagram. The action, initiated by the Indian company Limitless in Singapore, is designed to draw attention to the poverty and pollution that prevail in the country.
“By showing a devastated India, we wanted to touch a raw nerve. Something will change only if people realize the state of affairs and step out of their comfort zone. For positive change, you need a little negativity, ”Limitless representatives said in an interview with Buzzfeed.
