Instagram photo: a powerful cyclone hit the Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory
In the Crimea and on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory, where heavy rains began on August 12, work is underway to eliminate the consequences of the disaster. Houses, streets and even entire blocks are flooded. The authorities urge residents to be ready for evacuation: the weather conditions are expected to worsen.
