In memory of Hugh Hefner, a transgender girl will become a Playboy
The girl of the month in November Playboy will be the French transgender model Ines Rau, who changed her gender at the age of 15. The issue was dedicated to the memory of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, who died in September at the age of 91.
