How to quickly formulate your thoughts: a practical task
It happens that you are superbly versed in a topic, but an unexpected question puts you in an uncomfortable position. You know the answer, but it's like you can't get it off the shelf. You start to mumble, go from a different angle, and show yourself insecure.

2. Gibberish
Our task is to try to speak in gibberish (a language that does not exist), as in childhood we sing along to songs in unknown languages, and here. Harm Burum and everything like that, we speak clearly and emotionally, putting your mood in, presenting a real text, you can imagine a poem.
It may not work the first time, you will feel stupid and insecure, and you will not be able to invent words, but after several attempts and chuckles, it will work.
The exercise helps to let go of thoughts and start talking where you can’t connect two words, not in gibberish of course.
3. About the subject
A great exercise that many psychologists or speakers use is to learn how to describe and talk about things. Are you driving? Tell us about the steering wheel, what shape it is, comfortable or not, and what is missing from it. Literally a few sentences with adjectives, and then abruptly switch your attention to something else.
And so sort through the objects that surround you, you yourself will notice that you will start talking about each of them more and more.
4. The exercise gives a sensitive increase, but you need to do it on a regular basis and allocate at least 20-30 minutes, you can on the way to work. Just warn your loved ones so that they are not scared when you talk to the iron.
