On May 8, 1886, a drink created by Dr. John Pemberton from coca leaves and nuts of the tropical cola tree was first produced, which later became the most popular soft drink in the world. Welcome to the world of Coca-Cola in Atlanta
Writes 136: I love Coca-Cola. When I was in school, I drank 2 liters a day. One bottle is worth something, beautiful, glass, sex. ???? The most popular drink in the world was invented in Atlanta back in 1886. The headquarters of The Coca-Cola Company and the museum of the same name are now located in Atlanta. To be in Atlanta and not visit the museum would be a crime...

42. In 1985, the company changed the recipe, an advertising campaign for New Coca-Cola went on TV. All this was supposed to refresh the brand in order to stop losing the young audience that Pepsi was winning back. Interestingly, people did not accept the new drink, they staged demonstrations demanding the return of the old drink. After only 3 months, the company decided to return to the old recipe and call New Cola Coca-Cola 2. Coca-Cola 2 existed on the American market until 2002.

65. Interestingly, Coca-Cola first appeared in Russia before the 1980 Olympics back in 1979, but the company was able to fully enter the Soviet market only in 1988. I remember in my early childhood I saw this localized logo, now it is not used anywhere.
