Tim Flack (Tim Flach) was born, lives and works in London, but it is, without exaggeration, is known throughout the world. It is known as an advertising photographer, working with the biggest international corporations , as well as photographer and innovator who applied in photography animals advertising techniques. In 1983, he graduated with a master degree in the school of arts of St. Martin, where he studied photography and painting application. According to Tim, he is more studied painting than a photograph, and his first absentee teachers were Cezanne and Picasso. And guides in the world of photography Irving Penn, Eugene Smith, bill Brant, and Richard Avedon.
First experience animal photography Tim Flack received in the London zoo. Many years later he worked successfully in advertising, until one day he didn't need animals to shoot. "Why not get them in the Studio," thought Tim, and got so carried away that started to take the animals in an unconventional manner, using Studio lighting and Studio background. He moved the Studio under the open sky, in the place of residence of the animals, thereby destroying the stereotypes of wildlife photography. His extensive experience in creating advertising images were very useful. Devoid of the context of the environment of the animals in pictures Tim make a lasting impression, striking in their emotional expression. Spellbound the audience involuntarily give animals masterfully shot by Tim, human characters and values. History of centuries a unique partnership of man and horse, acquires a new meaning, as reflected in the images of the Flack.
Tim Flach has achieved recognition thanks to its stylized photographs of animals that do not fit in the tradition of shooting wildlife when animals will certainly show in their natural habitat. FLAC avoids the obvious compositions. The animals in his photographs, taken out of context, and this is unrealistic makes the audience more time to review its stereotypes.
