Glazed cheeses — what is the danger of a popular delicacy with us
Glazed cheeses are loved by both children and adults. We are happy to buy these desserts, considering that they are healthier than many others. In fact, what can be in a curd-based product, especially if you don't use it too often. But it turns out that these cheeses are not so simple and in no time they can send their connoisseur to the hospital.
Unfortunately, cottage cheese is far from the only and not even the main component of glazed cheese. Moreover, there may not be a natural dairy product there. The dessert may include palm oil, vegetable fats, preservatives, flavors, modified starch, lecithin, sodium alginate and much more.
Needless to say, all of these components can hardly be considered useful. Manufacturers are interested in reducing the cost of the product, so they do not hesitate to stuff cheese with the cheapest and most harmful raw materials. For example, the content of vegetable fats in them can be up to 30 percent!
I would like to add that glazed cheeses are a native Russian product. You will not find anything similar in composition either in Europe and Asia, or in the USA. In most countries of the world, such food experiments with chemicals are strictly prohibited. Cheese is from the same family, and once in fact they were not only delicious, but also useful. Over time, the delicacy lost its natural ingredients and turned into what we see today.
The fact that glazed cheeses are dangerous to health has been proven in the course of numerous studies and experiments. The most shocking data was provided by the Public Russian Association for Genetic Safety. Experts conducted an independent analysis of cheeses from different manufacturers. He showed that these products differ from each other only in the amount of harm they can cause, but not in any way in benefits.
Of the 12 products tested by scientists, 11 were found to have gross violations. Not only do the cheeses contain not too useful components, they also hide something from us. Most manufacturers use substances that are not listed on the labels.
For example, some cheeses contain 1000 times more yeast than is allowed by the norms. This excess is fraught with intoxication and dysbiosis. They find Staphylococcus aureus in the products, which, as you understand, should not be there at all. This bacterium causes severe poisoning with vomiting and diarrhea, as well as disrupts the immune system.
You can also buy glazed cheese with mold in the middle. It will not be easy to determine its taste, but it will cause significant damage. Most types of mold that appear on food products are capable of destroying vital human organs. There is also another unpleasant and not mentioned guest in the composition of the product — E. coli. It deals a blow to the digestive system, liver, kidneys and immunity.
So if you decide to treat yourself or your children with sweet cheese, think carefully. Is this absolutely useless product for the body worth the problems that you can get with it?
