From models to bodybuilders: Deborah Baker's "iron" career
American Deborah Baker (Deborah Baker) was born in 1993 in a family, all members of which, one way or another, are connected with the modeling business. Barely graduating from school, the girl continued the dynasty and achieved serious success in the profession. But then she got tired of constant malnutrition and exhausting photo shoots, and in 2015 she decided that she had had enough. Oddly enough, Baker chose an even harder path and became a professional bodybuilder.
Deborah Baker herself says that she started in bodybuilding quite easily. Over the years of modeling, she has become accustomed to diets, regimen and regular exercise. She just had to change her diet to a more high-calorie one and add heavy strength exercises to her workouts.
At first, the girl's goal was to build up some muscle mass in order to get rid of painful thinness. But the “iron sport” fascinated Deborah so much that she could no longer stop. In just a couple of years, she developed her muscles so much that she decided to try to compete in bodybuilding competitions.
Soon the first serious successes appeared - the girl began to win prizes. Deborah was completely transformed externally and internally. She became confident and energetic and even had the breast augmentation surgery she had dreamed of for years.
In parallel with playing sports, Baker studied. In 2016, she received a master's degree in physical education, and in 2017 she defended a bachelor's degree in sports and recreation.
Looking at Deborah Baker, the winner of 13 awards and the title of WPD Overall Champion-2021, it's hard to believe that this girl is an intellectual and a polyglot. She loves to read, writes articles about sports and health. She knows, in addition to English, Spanish, and at a basic level Italian and German.
Deborah once dreamed of becoming a translator. But now she is sure that her calling is to help people become better. She works as an online fitness instructor. Among her clients are not only women, but also men. This is not surprising, because many athletic guys can envy Baker's physique.
Unfortunately, the use of steroids is increasingly reflected in the appearance and character of the champion. Even in photographs taken at different times, this transformation is visible. But Deborah is happy with everything - she does not plan to stop and dreams of new titles in bodybuilding.
