Fish tail instead of eyebrows: a new and too sophisticated trend on Instagram
It seems that the beauty world on Instagram can hardly surprise anyone anymore. Over the past year, we have witnessed pigtailed eyebrows, wavy eyebrows, and even multicolored eyebrows. A new trend is next in line: the fishtail eyebrow.
It all started with the @skyeditz account. Stefan, the account owner, took as a basis a photo of a girl with natural eyebrows and "corrected" them with Photoshop. To do this, he divided the eyebrow into two parts, one of which he drew up.
Perhaps the trend would not have gained such popularity if it were not for the influence of Khuda Kattan, a famous beauty blogger. It was she who noticed Stefan's photos and did not miss the opportunity to repeat the image on herself. The number of Hood's subscribers is more than 24.5 million people, many of whom, of course, supported the initiative of their favorite blogger.
Nevertheless, there are fierce disputes in social networks, the participants of which are divided into two camps: the first are sure that the new trend is sheer madness, the second support the bizarre impulses of beauty lovers.
"First there was this nightmare in the form of pigtailed eyebrows, now fish-tail eyebrows have entered the arena. Please stop doing these weird things with your eyebrows, it's not cool."
"Eyebrows are fish tails! A new trend? In my opinion, they should be called the devil's eyebrows (no offense to makeup artists)."
"I've always considered eyebrow trends stupid, but I really like fishtail eyebrows."
"To be honest, I like this trend with fishtail eyebrows."
If you want to experiment with your appearance and join a new trend, it is not necessary to shave off part of your eyebrows. It is enough to use a concealer and a pencil of the right color for you.
Photos of celebrities also did not stay away. So, many people note that Rihanna has this type of eyebrows very much to her face.
Despite the huge number of negative responses to the new trend, girls from all over the world continue to change their eyebrows. I am glad that most of these changes occur in Photoshop. Whether it's madness or a creative approach to makeup is up to you to judge.
