Fig Leaf: Live emojis on naked body parts covered by censorship

Photographer Steph Wilson addressed the problem of contradictions in the censorship of explicit materials. In her series of photos, she emphasizes the obsession with female nipples, which she has smeared with real analogues of emojis used for these purposes on the Internet. The result was a very strange and slightly absurd photo project.

According to Steph, this makes you perceive real nipples as something terrible, but retouched sexualized bodies in advertising become something ordinary.
