Female Cats
Seals rule the world, didn't you know? The opinion has long been in the past that cats are individualistic animals and should live alone in the house. They even bring mice to the owner, because they think that he is a member of the pride. It's weak, of course, but it's what it is. And of course, their mistresses are not crazy cat lady, but real friends to their pets.
Some cats were found on the street, others were taken from a shelter, and only a few can boast of an elite pedigree. Animals, like humans, have different destinies. New York fashion photographer Brianne Wills took on the task of changing stereotypes. Her project "Girls and their cats" is a series of thematic photographs, the heroes of which are three hundred American women and their pets. And that's what came out of it.Bridget Bador and Keso.
Maggie Freeleng, Bandit and Daisy.
"I was looking for a kitten, but at the shelter they showed me a six-month-old Bandit. He was blind, and that's why his old masters abandoned him. He had been in the shelter for several months, and no one had taken him. He is the most unique boy in the world. He can't see, but he knows me. He purrs every time I pick him up.
And I had to take Daisy from the farm to Massachusetts from the previous owner. She spent her whole life catching mice and birds, lived in nature, but when we passed the tests, it turned out that she had an immunodeficiency virus and she could no longer go to nature. At first she screamed and scratched the windows, but then she got used to toy mice and laser pointers. Daisy has been living with the virus for seven years"
