Designers have suggested what a smartphone laptop might look like
Evolution is an amazing natural process capable of adapting a living being to the most unusual living conditions and occupations. It is possible that the addiction to mobile gadgets through many generations will also affect the appearance and abilities of a person. Designers fantasized a little on this topic and that's what they got.
According to experts, many generations of Homo Sapiens, inseparable from smartphones and tablets, will eventually produce a special kind of people, which can be conditionally called "smart phones". The features of the operation of gadgets will leave an indelible imprint on the appearance of people, while not depriving them of the common features of human appearance.
First of all, the "smartphone-watching person" will get a stooped back and a thick shortened neck. Such changes will be dictated by the posture characteristic of most active gadget users. The picture will be complemented by narrow shoulders and crooked fingers, positioned optimally for long-term holding of smartphones.
But the most unusual and frightening, according to the authors of the model, may be an additional pair of eyelids. These auxiliary organs will be transparent, unlike the main ones, since their main task will be to protect the eyes from the negative impact on vision of the screens of devices.
Take a close look at this representative of humanity — perhaps they are already among us, and we do not notice it, enthusiastically staring at the displays of their electronic devices.
In general, is it worth taking such forecasts seriously? Progress in the field of electronics is changing the concept of mobile devices much faster than the nature of you and me. No one knows if smartphones will be equipped with screens at all in just 10-15 years, and it's hardly worth worrying that we will keep up to change in favor of devices.
