Can you see the camouflaged German sniper, pricelevels right in you?
Photographer Simon Menner (Simon Menner) in 2010 came into contact with the German army to make a series of photographs entitled "Camouflage" (Camouflage). After receiving permission, he spent two separate photo shoots, one in a "boring" forest in Northern Germany with young and inexperienced soldiers, and the second in the German Alps, a group of elite commandos.
And although the photographer has positioned his work as a conceptual look at the problems of conflict and war, the images are also very instructive from the point of view of the methods of disguising military on rough terrain.
In this case, although the pictures show the real hidden snipers, many of the viewers are questioning the authenticity of the images that Manner seems very funny.

Each frame was attended by the snipers who were ordered to aim at the camera so they could see me, though I almost never saw them. They have received professional training means that in some images, no traces of them are seen even if you view the image pixel by pixel".
