It's good when you have best friends; even cooler when you can go with them to the ends of the world and it will be great there; it is even more wonderful if with them at the end of the world you can build a city, albeit a small one.

We recently came across an interesting story about a small Texas settlement on the banks of the Llano River. This is true friendship!

8. They also have a common area where the kitchen, dining room and guest rooms are located.

9. Sloping roofs are arranged so that rainwater flows directly into a tin barrel.

10. “This is a magical place, but very dry. We are doing our best to save as much water as possible,” says one of the friends, Fred Zipp.

11. Corrugated steel sheets on the outer walls reflect the sun's rays, keeping the house cool.

12. “Here, like in Disney movies, there are hares, lynx, deer and all kinds of birds. The more time we spend here, the more we meet,” says Jody Zipp.
