An easy way to escape from sorrows is to follow the dog!
Photographer from California Lara Jo Regan loves dogs and beaches and combines them in her project, photographing the cutest and most unusual dogs resting on the shores of the oceans. The girl says that this hobby helps her cope with the sad moments of her life, because watching the liveliness of the game of these animals, you can remember the immediate joy of feeling alive and healthy.
Lara beautifully describes her experience:
Lucy on Kiawa Island, South Carolina
To share this extraordinary sense of freedom, she collected images and released a book called "Dogs on the Beach." She hopes that the book will become an easy way for everyone to escape from the difficult everyday troubles, reminding how important it is to live here and now in sync with the rhythms of nature, laugh and play, and see happiness, including in the simple pleasures of life.
