Artichoke roots with wormwood and garlic oil. 6. Asparagus with grated Parmesan. 7. Sweet potato. 8. Brussels sprouts. 9. Chinese cabbage. 10. Mexican corn. 11. White cabbage. 12. Okra on skewers. 13. Polenta flatbreads (you can add whatever you like on top). 14. Cabbage salad with ricotta and plums. 15. Anything wrapped in bacon. 16. Mini pizza with caprese salad. 17.
