A Reddit user has determined what a typical athlete and porn actress look like
If you've ever wondered what characteristic facial features unite athletes from the elite of world sports, then a Reddit user under the nickname osmutiar has an answer. He collected portraits of the best athletes of our time and developed a number of algorithms that draw an average face based on these images.
Osmutiar has already identified the typical face of a tennis player, a football player and a football player, a professional golfer and an NBA star.
osmutiar explains the process of creating these images as follows: "Imagine that you have a set of images of professional golfers with holes in their eyes and mouth. Now you will be asked to put these photos, like dominoes, on the floor so that you can align the holes in all the pictures. How will you do it? Similarly to your likely actions, Affine Transform will process images. After the images are aligned, basically only the average value of each pixel is calculated."
