7. Spaghetti with zucchini and chili pesto

Preheat the oven to 150 °C and brown the nuts for 10-15 minutes. Boil the spaghetti al dente. Keep the water hot. Mix the nuts with the tomatoes, chili pepper, garlic, olive oil and salt. Mix all this with a blender until you get the sauce. Using a vegetable peeler, cut the zucchini into strips. Use a knife to cut into thin strips a la spaghetti. Chop the zucchini core as finely as possible. Mix the zucchini with the boiled spaghetti and pour boiling water from under the pasta for 3 minutes.
