7. Spaghetti with zucchini and pesto from Chile

You will need:

Heat the oven to 150 °C for 10-15 minutes to brown the nuts. Boil the spaghetti al dente. Water to keep hot. Mix the nuts with tomatoes, chili peppers, garlic, olive oil and salt. Stir it all with a blender until you obtain a sauce. Using peelers to slice the zucchini ribbons. Cut into thin strips a La spaghetti. The core of the zucchini maximally finely chopped. Mix the zucchini with the cooked spaghetti and pour the boiling water out of the pasta for 3 minutes. Drain the water, pour over the pasta with lemon juice and mix with zest.
