18 ways to store souvenirs from your travels and trips
We all like to keep souvenirs from trips as a keepsake, but why keep them in a dark drawer if you can proudly display the memorabilia?
So, you are a traveler and love to explore new places, bask on picturesque beaches or wander through historical places. You have your portraits against the background of the most famous sights of the world, a lot of other memories and, of course, souvenirs. Souvenirs from trips can be very different — someone has enough photos, and someone collects certain things from different places. Coins, key rings, magnets, even air and railway tickets and stamps from old passports — everyone has their own "fad". But usually all this is gathering dust in some box or carefully stored in a family hiding place so that you can occasionally get a collection and remember the old days. Well, it's time to end this boredom! Put souvenirs from your trips on display! And you can do this in a variety of ways.
1. Use travel photos to make a massive collage on the wall.
2. Or you can just choose one of the best pictures and print it on canvas.
3. A photocopy of old airline and railway tickets on colored cardboard can be inserted into the frame and decorate the interior with them.
4. Something similar can be done with stamps in the passport from past trips.
5. You can make signed souvenir boxes from your favorite places.
6. Turn a travel photo into a vintage polaroid shot.
7. Use a map drawn with chalk and paint over the places you have already visited.
8. Turn old cards into lovely garlands.
9. Or you can embroider your route on the map.
10. If you collect coins from different countries, then in the end you should make such an interesting panel out of them.
11. Or panels with key rings from different countries.
12. Or from mugs…
13. You can put sand and shells in transparent jars.
14. Create a "box with memories" where you can put all sorts of memorable trinkets.
15. You can use printed vacation photos to create a calendar for the next year.
16. Use the rack to store souvenirs from trips.
17. Or mark on the map the places where you went, using photos taken in the same place.
18. Use the scrapbooking technique to create a memorable album with photos from the trip.
