10 signs you're on vacation
Everyone wants to go on vacation. A recent Glassdoor report found that, on average, Americans don't use even half of their vacation time. In Russia, things are similar. According to the same Glassdoor report, 66% of Americans work during their holidays. In our country, I think, the percentage of those who work on legal leave is even higher. But we really need a rest. Here are some signs that you are in urgent need of a vacation.

1. You look like your passport photo.
This joke has some truth. Any signs of chronic stress are reflected in our appearance and our health.
2. You have trouble sleeping.
If you're having trouble falling asleep or waking up at 3:00 a.m., this can be a symptom of overwork and stress, as well as a signal that you're too focused on your work.
3. Your love life suffers.
If you find yourself missing too many family dinners, parent-teacher meetings, and family picnics, that could be the key to reuniting with your family, at least for the holidays.
4. You start making more mistakes at work.
Failed to set up accounting? Give this work to specialists, and you yourself urgently go on vacation. Any errors in financial and accounting reports failed transactions with clients can be a sign that it's time to reset your psyche.
5. You are no longer enthusiastic about your work.
Just because you're not as excited as you come into work on Monday mornings, just because your job is oppressive, doesn't mean it's time to change. It might just be worth taking a break.

If it's getting harder to make you laugh, you need a reboot.

When you spend most of your time off work thinking or talking about work, this may be a sign that you need to take a break for the holidays.

Do you drink after work? Overeating? Refuse to workout? All of these can be signs of fatigue. You just need to shake up and relax.
