One of the passengers was so afraid that her bag would be stolen that, despite the persuasions of the security staff, she climbed into the luggage scanner after her luggage, without even having time to take off her stiletto shoes. The incident occurred on February 11, 2018 at Dongguan Railway Station. These days in China there are New Year holidays and passenger traffic at the stations is huge. Many Chinese people go to relatives with gifts and money. Perhaps the woman had a large amount of money in her bag, and she decided to be safe. However, the management of the station warned the other passengers that it was still not worth getting into the device, because radiation could harm their health.
