1. Clark's path to his dream began just over a year ago when he became friends with bodybuilder and trainer Glenn Ubelhor. Ubelhor, who also works at Bob's Gym North, says Clark's passion for bodybuilding started out of simple curiosity.
2. According to Ubelhor, in between workouts, he practices posing in preparation for the upcoming bodybuilding competitions. Clark began to imitate him.
3. So a friendship began between them, based on a mutual passion for bodybuilding, and Ubelhor began training Clark. After a year of training, Clark decided that he would enter a bodybuilding competition.
4. At the competition, which will be held on November 14, Clark will compete among beginners. At the same time, he will not be given any preferences - the guy will compete on equal terms with other competitors.
5. Ubelhor says that in his entire career he has never seen anyone as focused and disciplined as Clark.
6. Clark is completely passionate about his diet and training. The transformation has had a positive effect on his mood, which makes him happier. “I am so happy that I am doing this. Bodybuilding is in my blood and I've always wanted to do it since I was a kid," says Clarke.
7. In the photo on the left, Clark's weight is more than 90 kilograms with more than 30% body fat, and in the photo on the right, the guy's weight is 66 kilograms with 10% body fat.
8. Clarke advises anyone who is trying to make their dream come true, never give up.
