In 2006, Emmy Abrahamson came to Amsterdam. One day she was sitting on a bench waiting for a friend when Vic Kokula came up to her and asked what time it was, although there was a huge clock hanging opposite the bench. Emmy was immediately drawn to Vick, despite the fact that he was dirty and smelled unpleasant.

Emmy and Vic felt a mutual attraction and agreed to meet at the same place in five days.

Kokula came to Europe from America to travel, but the money quickly ran out.

Vic began to earn money by begging and sleeping on the street, and then became addicted to alcohol.

Five days later , Abrahamson and Kokula met on the same bench as the first time and spent the whole day together. However, Emmy had to return to Vienna, where she lived. Not knowing if they would ever meet again, Emmy left Vick her phone number and went home. After a while, she got a call. The Swedish writer gave birth to two children from a homeless alcoholic

The couple held the wedding ceremony in the castle. Vic has found a job — now he is an electrician. Six years ago, the couple had twin children, Desta and Til. And Emmy wrote a book, "How to Fall in Love with a Man Who Lives in the Bushes," based on her own love story.
