A malicious violator of traffic rules from Krasnoyarsk used the imperfection of legislation and for a long time drove sports cars as she wanted, avoiding fines. But when the punishing hand of the law still caught up with her and tried to punish her with a ruble, avtoledi easily and naturally challenged 93 traffic police fines in court and won.

With so many successfully contested fines, a fan of high-speed driving can claim a place in the Guinness Book of Records, but she is unlikely to have to continue using the loophole in the Administrative Code. The scheme used by the woman turned out to be so simple and effective that it confused even seasoned lawyers.

In order not to pay fines for traffic violations, the racing driver issued her car to her 10-year-old son. The clever lady entered herself into the CTP policy as a person allowed to drive a vehicle. The whole trick is that according to the norms of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the State Traffic Inspectorate has no right to issue fines for a minor.

Of course, the idea came to the motorist for a reason — she was advised to do so by familiar traffic police officers. For several years, the woman drove as she pleased and she was not issued fines. But in April 2019, something went wrong and the "letters of happiness" fell one after another.

Knowledgeable people advised the violator not to pay attention to the fines, but just wait until they are canceled as illegal. But the fines kept coming and when 93 of them accumulated, the brave avtolady went to court and got their cancellation.

Now that the clever move has become known to the masses, it will be difficult to use it, but the continuation of the story will most likely be necessary. It is unlikely that the authorities will accept the fact that the punchy lady has been fooling everyone around her finger for several years.

But in the UAE, jokes with the traffic police are bad — there one fan of fast driving was fined right on Instagram, having confronted the fact with a message in the comments.
